Terms & Conditions

The T & Cs that follow below only apply to those enrolled in a paid Coaching Program with Elise Peck (note - these terms don't apply to those attending my FREE Live Zoom Events. There's no T&Cs you need to adhere to in order to attend a free live zoom event that I am hosting, simply click the "agree terms" box provided, and this paragraph you are reading now will mean you are exempt from the terms that follow below, which only apply to those who have purchased coaching services with me. For Coaching Clients:

Your Coaching Program will be facilitated by Elise Peck (Elise).

The agreement is between Elise and you (the client).

This agreement covers your Monthly Coaching Program consisting of: see details of package selected: Silver, Gold or Platinum. You have 1 month to use up the calls and services provided in your monthly package. Any calls or services not booked and completed within a given month, do not roll over to the next month.

Paid monthly in advance. No obligation to continue at the end of each month. To continue simply pay the next invoice, or to discontinue contact Elise (Email or SMS) and advise you won’t be continuing on, or login to elisepeck.com and cancel your subscription in the "manage subscription" section.

No refunds are offered for any services and/or packages and/or coaching calls offered by Elise Peck, her team, staff or agents. Once any service or package is purchased, the sale is final and will not be refunded.

Our program will commence following the acceptance of this agreement.

Elise and the client will join the Zoom meeting at the scheduled session time or as agreed between the two parties, and just communicate via Audio over Zoom, with NO screens on.

The client will give Elise 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

Cancellation by the client with less than 24 hours notice will incur full fee and be charged as a full consultation/coaching call.

Please show up on time to receive the full 1hr.

Coaching calls are for the duration of UP TO 60mins. Should the client be ready to take action prior to 60mins and at an earlier time during the call, the call will end before 60mins has passed, and will count as a full 1on1 coaching call.

If the client does not join the coaching call within 15 minutes from the start time, the session will be considered a "no show", and Elise will log off and not be available for the remainder of that 1hour, and the client will incur the full fee.

Coaching and Mentoring Relationship

The client enters into the Coaching Program with the understanding that the client is responsible for creating your own decisions and results.

As requested, Elise may give specific advice or suggestions; however it is ultimately the client's responsibility for making your own decisions determining the best course of action.

The Coaching Program relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of psychotherapy. In the event that the client feels the need for professional counselling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the client to seek a licensed professional.

Confidentiality

Our Coaching Program relationship is completely confidential.

Elise recognises that the client may disclose future plans, business affairs and personal and financial information. Elise will not, at any time, share their information with a third party.

Elise realises that the client may have future plans, business dealings and proprietary information. Elise will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any such information for Elise’s own benefit.

Elise will not divulge that Elise and the client are in a coaching and mentoring relationship without express consent of the client.

The client is free to divulge that she is in a coaching relationship with Elise to anyone at any time, however, the client agrees to not share any of the content or conversation discussed during the coaching relationship with Elise with anyone at any time, including any personal information that Elise divulges about herself (without express consent in writing from Elise).

This confidentiality statement is intended to be as confidential as the applicable state or federal laws - and the Employer's own company policy (if applicable) - allows.

The coaching and mentoring relationship is not privileged and, as such, Elise’s records regarding work with the client can be subpoenaed.

Indemnification

The client shall indemnify and hold Elise harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the coaching and mentoring relationship.

The client (you) have read and agreed to the above.
